We believe in the power of community and these programs were designed to help as many not-for-profit organizations as possible - more than any single donation we could make. Since 2015, Stemmler Meats has been successfully operating sports team fundraising, school fundraising and even corporate fundraising programs in support of over 550 community groups across the province and we invite you to participate.
No refrigeration required for any of our fundraising products!
Two options:
1. Order, pay and pick up product in advance. Sell at games, tournaments, and events, then keep the cash!
2. Collect orders, tally full case amounts, place order, pay, pick up, then distribute.
(Be sure to create a new account when placing an order.)
Step 1: Provide Stemmler’s your group name and estimated start/finish dates by emailing [email protected]. This will allow us to have inventory ready for pending orders.
Step 2: Provide your group members with individual Fundraising Order Forms to collect orders. Pricing has been set for your convenience but you may change the prices to what makes sense for you. Need help editing the PDF? Just ask!
Step 3: At the end of your campaign, collect the individual forms and tally the final numbers for each flavour/type of product.
Step 4: For each flavour/type, round your order up to the closest number divisible by the number of packages in the case. (Pepperstix - 24 packs per case, Summer Sausage - 12 chubs per case, Beef Jerky - 12 pouches per case) Single items can be ordered at retail price, but it often makes more sense to round up to a full case where you get more product for less cost.
Step 5: Proceed to the Final Order Portal, set up a new customer account, and enter the quantities of cases and single items (if needed). There is a minimum order of 5 cases required, any type/variety. You can place your order on any day or time, but may not receive a confirmation email right away if outside business hours.
Step 6: Be sure to provide a preferred pick up date and time Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm, or Saturdays 8 am - 12 pm, allowing 5 days to prepare your order.
Step 7: Indicate your preferred payment option (cheque or e-transfer). If you chose cheque, please bring with you to pick up. If you chose e-transfer, payment must be completed a minimum 72 hours in advance of pick up. Instructions will be in your confirmation email.
Step 8: For pick up, come to Stemmler’s plant at 725 McMurray Road, Waterloo. Ring the bell at the Driver Entrance and someone will be out to help you.
Step 9: Upon loading your product, cross-check your receipt with your order.
Step 10: Wherever convenient for you, sort your products by customer order, and provide to your group members for disbursement.

Your final order is based on FULL CASES to enable special wholesale pricing. There is a minimum purchase of 5 full cases (any variety) required to process. Unfortunately we cannot mix flavours or provide part cases.
Single items can be purchased at the current retail prices, however, it often makes more sense to round up to a full case and receive more product for less money. Use the extras to sell at a later date or for treats or giveaways!
