How to Cook a London Broil

Place the London broil on a baking sheet and place under the broiler for 7-8 mins to brown the top, flip and repeat on the other side.

Next place the baking sheet on the lower rack and reduce the oven temperature to 350 F. Bake for an additional 20-25 mins. Depending on the size and amount of filling for your London broil, may have to cook a little longer.

Before removing your London broil from the oven, check with a thermometer for an internal reading of 160 F.
